Leavitt and Sons takes deli food to the next level. I’ve tried many things on the menu and while each individual salad, sandwich and soup stands alone in their flavors, they all contain a love for food, craftsmanship and above all deliciousness. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly, and the location is nice to eat at or take out. My favs are the Franklin sandwich and the Cobb salad. While I’m not a vegetarian, I’m sure they have vegetarian options and could accommodate any flavor preferences well.
Small but very cute deli two minutes off the highway in portland. This place has a variety of delicious sandwiches and even sells wine and beer! The cubanos are worth the visit alone! Definitely recommend if you're in the area:
I’ve been to both locations many times over the years. Decent sandwiches with quality ingredients. However if you order a large and it’s around $15 it should have some heftiness to it. If you go to a deli in New York and order a regular sized sandwich you can always expect a ton of meat and veggies. My sandwich yesterday was more bread than chicken salad. The chibata roll was unfortunately stale too.
The Flu Chaser soup is a proven health elixir, and is delicious too!
I work around the corner and both their food and service are always top notch. The store is always clean, warm, and inviting. Love these folks ☺️

I had an incredible lunch today. Staff was very friendly and the sub was made to perfection. Definitely recommend as a first choice for dining.

Excellent lunch spot with fresh bread, homemade baked goods, delicious soups, and lots of sides. Highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite or a relaxing break. Everything was flavorful and made with high quality ingredients.
